At KyLuxury, we take pride in providing 100% raw human hair extensions of the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the hair has been opened, used, or tampered with in any way.

To qualify for a return, the hair must be in its original condition—unopened, unaltered, and in its original packaging. If you believe you received the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
